We prepare and check the import documentation, coordinate the lodgement and follow the entry through to release, so there is one company answering for the process even though the entry is filed by a licensed agent.
The duty assessment is shared with you before payment. You see what has been assessed and on what basis, and nothing is settled on your behalf without that being agreed first.
Restricted or permit-controlled goods must be declared before booking so the correct permits are in place. Prohibited goods are not accepted.
