Each delivery is counted against the packing list or invoice and inspected for visible damage on arrival. What we receive is recorded under your shipping mark, so goods arriving from several suppliers on different days all land in one account you can ask about at any time.
Request your shipping mark before your supplier despatches. Goods that arrive without one cannot be matched to an account, which is the single most common cause of delay at this stage.
