Terms

These terms

These cover your use of this website. They do not replace the terms of any shipment you book with us — those are agreed separately, in writing, for each consignment.

What this website does

It describes what we do and lets you ask for a price. It is not a booking system: sending the form starts a conversation, it does not reserve space on a vessel or an aircraft.

What a quote is

A quote is an estimate based on what you tell us. Freight rates, fuel costs, duty and exchange rates move, so a price is good for the period we state when we give it. Nothing is owed until you accept a quote and we confirm the booking.

If what arrives at our warehouse differs from what you described — more volume, heavier, a different commodity — the price changes to match, and we tell you before anything moves.

What you tell us has to be right

Customs decisions rest on the description of the goods. An inaccurate description causes delay, penalties and sometimes seizure, and those costs fall to the owner of the cargo. Tell us what the goods actually are.

Goods we cannot carry

Restricted goods and anything needing a permit must be declared before booking so the right permits are in place. Prohibited goods are not accepted. If you are unsure which your cargo is, ask before your supplier ships it.

What is on these pages

We keep this site accurate and current. Transit times, routes and services described here are what we normally do, not a guarantee for a particular shipment — the commitment for your cargo is the one we give you in writing for it.

Links to other websites

Where we link out — WhatsApp, maps, social media — those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for what they contain.
