Cargo is repacked or reinforced where required and clearly marked with the customer’s shipping mark before it is booked.
Careful packing, correct marking and secure warehousing protect cargo through every leg of its journey. Goods that arrive at our warehouse in packaging that will not survive the voyage are repacked or reinforced before they are booked.
Every package carries the customer’s shipping mark. That mark is what allows a consolidated container to be broken down correctly in Dar es Salaam and each customer’s goods identified without dispute.
Where cargo is fragile, unusually shaped or needs to be kept together, we say so at booking and price the packing work into the quotation rather than raising it afterwards.
